Tournament Age Groups (Boys & Girls):

$300 - U9-U10 (2014-2013) - 7v7 Game format

$350 - U11-U12 (2012-2011) - 9v9 Game Format

***ALL U9 thru U12 Divisions Are Non-Heading***

$400 - U13-U14 (2010-2009) - 11v11 Game Format

***THIS IS A NON HEADING TOURNAMENT FOR U9 THRU U12 DIVISIONS**

Teams will be waitlisted once their age group is filled regardless of deadline.

The End of Season Shootout is designed for D2 & D3 teams looking to play evenly matched games to end their season with a positive playing experience. This tournament has limited field space so we encourage you to enter early.

This is a great opportunity for U10 teams interested in playing up to U11 for a 9v9 experience or U12 teams interested in playing up to U13 for an 11v11 experience.

All coaching requests must be made in the notes section on the application or will not be considered.

Important Tournament Information:

• Gotsport approved tournament - Gotsport points will be awarded
• D2/D3 Tournament 
• **NO D1 TEAMS WILL BE ACCEPTED**
• Teams will be grouped by league play and game history where available
• 3 games guaranteed
• Age groups may be combined if necessary but teams will be notified ahead of time
• Referee fees ARE NOT included in the registration cost. Teams will pay referees at the fields. See below...
• Team trophies for all division Champions and finalists 
• Individual medals for all Champion and finalist players 
• Full service concession stand on site
• Online payment via Debit/Credit Card or check.
• Teams will not be considered for acceptance until full payment has been received.
• Refunds will not be granted once teams are accepted.
• Online schedule and score reporting.

Each team will be required to pay half of the referee fees at the field prior to the start of each of their games. All teams are guaranteed 3 games. Please see the referee fees for each age group below.

*Each team should plan to bring referee fees for (4) games in case they advance to the finals.*
